Combination of assisted stretching, self myofascial release tools, breathwork, and flushing techniques for muscle care. Sessions can be customized for individual areas or full body. Starting at $48
SELF-CARE SESSIONS
Schedule some resting energy time to soothe the mind and body with your choice of acupressure mat, compression sleeves (legs, hips, arms), Love Tuner breathwork, infrared mat, photon light therapy. Sessions over 30 minute may choose 2 self-care services. Starting at $42

Ray customizes sessions to individual goals, inspiring resilience with his motto: “Anybody can quit—don’t be anybody.”

Entertainment), she holds certifications in Pilates, yoga, corrective exercise, and is a licensed massage therapist in CA and NV. Erica tailors sessions through detailed assessments, blending science and personalization to deliver optimal results
