Fontainebleau Rewards is the loyalty program for guests of Fontainebleau Las Vegas.

By joining the program, members earn points on their spending throughout the resort. Points can be earned on slot play or by spending at restaurants, bars and lounges, day/nightlife, hotel stays, Lapis Spa & Wellness, and more.

By accruing points, members gain access to exclusive rewards that can be enjoyed throughout the resort. Rewards are based on Tier Status: More points means a higher Tier Status – and even better benefits.

If you’d like to sign up during your stay, simply visit the Fontainebleau Rewards desk, a Fontainebleau Rewards kiosk, or any table games in the casino. You’ll be enrolled in no time.

Bleau Points are Fontainebleau Rewards’ resort credit currency, worth $0.01 per point. Fontainebleau Rewards members earn 5% in Bleau Points on eligible hotel and resort spend and 3% in Bleau Points on rated slot play.  (Members do not earn Bleau Points on table games play.)

Convert every 100 Bleau Points to $1 in resort credit for use on hotel stay, in-room dining, restaurants, spa, day/nightlife, and Fontainebleau-owned retail. Unused Bleau Points expire 13 months after the date they were earned.

Exclusions: Bleau Points cannot be used on ticket purchases at BleauLive Theater, pre-sale ticket purchases at Day/Nightlife venues, spend at IGK Salon and Leased Retail Shops, and parking fees.

Tier Credits are earned and accumulated within a calendar year (January-December). Your Tier Status and access to associated Tier Benefits are effective the date the Tier Status is achieved through December 31 of the following year. Every January 1, your Tier Credits are reset to zero. Additional restrictions apply. See program terms and conditions here.

Tier Credits are earned and accumulated within a calendar year (January-December), so there is always an opportunity to progress towards your next Tier Status.

Tier Status is determined by the number of Tier Credits you accrue. Earn more Tier Credits to reach the next Tier Status.

You can earn Tier Credits by spending on eligible resort experiences, such as: Table play, slot play, qualifying restaurants and bars, and Lapis Spa & Wellness. To learn more about Tier Credit eligibility, please see our terms and conditions.

Your Tier Status is effective from the date it was achieved through December 31 of the following year. The benefits associated with that Tier Status are also available during the same time frame.

Unused Bleau Points and Play Points expire 13 months after the date they were earned.

At the hotel: To apply Bleau Points towards your room or suite, present your Fontainebleau Rewards card or Rewards number and your government-issued photo ID at hotel check-out.
 
For restaurants, bars and lounges, day/nightlife, Lapis Spa & Wellness, the fitness center, and retail: Present your Fontainebleau Rewards card or Rewards number and government-issued photo ID at the time of payment. You can also apply the charge to your room folio to use Bleau Points during hotel check out.

To redeem Play Points as slot play credit, follow these steps:

1.     Insert your loyalty card into your favorite slot machine and press the green money icon on the gaming display.
2.     Enter your four-digit PIN.
3.     Select the Play Points option and convert your Play Points to slot free credit. This will fund the game.

Your table play earns Tier Credits, and more Tier Credits means a higher Tier Status. Although you will not earn Bleau Points or Play Points, your table play helps you reach the next Tier Status – where the rewards just keep getting better.

If you forgot to show your Fontainebleau Rewards card during a transaction, bring the receipt to the Fontainebleau Rewards desk during your stay.

At this time, Fontainebleau Rewards points and credits are solely exclusive to Fontainebleau Las Vegas. Members cannot currently earn or redeem points at Fontainebleau Miami Beach.

At this time, Fontainebleau Rewards credits and points cannot be transferred to other members.

Win/loss statements will be available on your Fontainebleau Rewards Online account in early February. To access your statement, sign in here.

Tax forms will be provided digitally through the email address associated with your Fontainebleau Rewards account. These forms will be issued annually on February 1.

As a first step, verify that you are using the email address and password associated with your Fontainebleau Rewards account. If you are attempting to reset your password and have not received the automated email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.

You can update your address, phone number, and any other contact information through your Fontainebleau Rewards account page.

To update your contact information during your stay, feel free to visit the Fontainebleau Rewards desk or a Fontainebleau Rewards kiosk.

You can sign in to your account page to view your Fontainebleau Rewards number anytime.

To get a new Fontainebleau Rewards card, stop by the Fontainebleau Rewards desk or a Fontainebleau Rewards kiosk during your stay.
