Fontainebleau Rewards
1. Participation in the Fontainebleau Rewards loyalty program (“Fontainebleau Rewards”) is subject to these Fontainebleau Rewards Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).
2. To pre-enroll in Fontainebleau Rewards, patrons must (i) be 21 years of age or older, (ii) provide at a minimum, full legal name, physical address, phone number, email, date of birth, and (iii) agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
3. To complete enrollment and activate Fontainebleau Rewards membership, patrons must appear in person at a Fontainebleau Rewards desk or kiosk located at Fontainebleau Las Vegas and present valid government issued photo identification, acceptable to Fontainebleau Las Vegas, and obtain a Fontainebleau Rewards card (“Card”).
4. Persons who are not legally permitted to engage in gambling, have entered into the Fontainebleau Las Vegas self-limit program, or been banned or trespassed by Fontainebleau Las Vegas are not eligible for membership in Fontainebleau Rewards. Notwithstanding the above, membership prohibitions in Fontainebleau Rewards shall only apply for the term of the self-limit or cooling-off period, if applicable.
5. Enrollment as a member of Fontainebleau Rewards (“Member”) and/or use of a Card constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, any and all changes to the same, including changes to rewards and benefits.
6. Membership and all associated benefits of Fontainebleau Rewards are intended for use by the Member only and are non-transferable.
7. Upon enrollment in Fontainebleau Rewards, Member agrees that any information provided and/or collected in connection with Fontainebleau Rewards is subject to the terms of the Fontainebleau Rewards Privacy Policy (which is available at https://www.fontainebleaulasvegas.com/terms/privacy/) and Member consents to the sharing of their personal and other information with affiliates and partners of Fontainebleau Las Vegas. Member may withdraw consent for marketing and set communication preferences for Fontainebleau Rewards at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the marketing message, by logging in to their Fontainebleau Rewards Account and updating their communication preferences, or by contacting Fontainebleau Las Vegas at [email protected].
8. Fontainebleau Rewards has four (4) tiers of membership (each a “Tier”). The following outlines the four (4) Tiers and the number of Tier Credits that must be earned to attain each Tier:
a. Bleau = 0 Tier Credits
b. Silver = 7,500 Tier Credits
c. Gold = 40,000 Tier Credits
d. Royal = 90,000 Tier Credits
9. Members will be eligible for the corresponding Tier benefits based on the qualifying Tier Credits earned. A Member’s Tier will automatically advance once the minimum number of Tier Credits associated with each Tier is earned.
10. Tier benefits are valid from the date the Tier is attained until the last day of December of the following year.
11. Tier Credit accumulation and Tier advancement are determined between January 1 and December 31 of each year (“Tier Period”). Starting January 1 of a new Tier Period, the following occurs: Tier Credits will reset to zero, and Member’s Tier will be established based on the Tier Credits earned from the previous Tier Period.
12. Tier Credits are earned from qualifying slot, video poker, and table games play, and qualifying hotel and resort spend, including room/suites, restaurants, bars/lounges, day club/nightlife, in-room dining, spa, fitness center, and Fontainebleau-owned retail shops. Qualifying resort spend at the spa, fitness center, and Fontainebleau-owned retail shops must be charged to the Fontainebleau Rewards Member’s hotel room and paid for at checkout to qualify for Tier Credits (“Room Charges”).
13. Members will earn Tier Credits:
a. Tables, slots, and video poker: three (3) Tier Credits are earned for every $1 in rated play based on average bet, duration of play, and specific table games or machine play.
b. Qualifying hotel and resort spend: five (5) Tier Credits for every $1 in spend.
c. Tier Credits will not be awarded for taxes, gratuities, comps, ticket purchases at BleauLive Theater, pre-sale ticket purchases at day club/nightlife, spend at IGK Salon and leased retail shops, and self-parking fees.

14. To earn Tier Credits from qualifying Room Charges, Member must charge all purchases made at participating outlets to the Member’s room, and the Member’s Fontainebleau Rewards Account Number must be linked to the Member’s reservation. It is the responsibility of the Member to provide his or her Fontainebleau Rewards Account Number to the Front Desk agent during check-in and ask to link the Member’s Fontainebleau Rewards account to the Member’s reservation.
15. Bleau Points are earned from qualifying slot play and video poker play, and qualifying hotel and resort spend, including room/suites, restaurants, bars/lounges, day club/nightlife, in-room dining, spa, fitness center, and Fontainebleau-owned retail shops. Qualifying resort spend at the spa, fitness center, and Fontainebleau-owned retail shops must be charged to the Fontainebleau Rewards Member’s hotel room and paid for at checkout to qualify for Bleau Points (“Room Charges”).
16. Members will be eligible to earn Bleau Points to accumulate resort credit for use at Fontainebleau Las Vegas:
a. Slots and video poker: three (3) Bleau Points are earned for every $1 in rated play based on average bet, duration of play, and type of game played.
b. Qualifying hotel and resort spend: five (5) Bleau Points for every $1 in spend.
c. Bleau Points will not be awarded for taxes, gratuities, comps, ticket purchases at BleauLive Theater, pre-sale ticket purchases at day club/nightlife, spend at IGK Salon and leased retail shops, and self-parking fees.

17. Members will be eligible to earn Play Points to accumulate slot free credit for use at Fontainebleau Las Vegas:
a. Slots and video poker: two (2) Play Points are earned for every $1 in rated play based on average bet, duration of play, and type of game played*.
*Beginning on May 1, 2024, at 8AM, Members will be eligible to earn Play Points to accumulate slot free credit for use at Fontainebleau Las Vegas:
a. Slots: one (1) Play Point is earned for every $5 in coin-in.
b. Video Poker: one (1) Play Point is earned for every $10 in coin-in.
18. Tier Achievement Gift – Dining Credit
(Silver = $100, Gold = $150, and Royal = $250)
Tier Achievement Dining Credit (“Dining Credit”) as part of the Fontainebleau Rewards benefits will automatically be issued to the Member’s Fontainebleau Rewards Account after the member has earned and accumulated the minimum number of Tier Credits associated with the applicable Tier level within the Tier Period. Member may only earn one Dining Credit for each applicable Tier once per Tier Period.
19. Tier Achievement Gift – Spa Credit
(Gold = $150 and Royal = $250)
Tier Achievement Spa Credit (“Spa Credit”) as part of the Fontainebleau Rewards benefits will automatically be issued to the Member’s Fontainebleau Rewards Account after the Member has earned and accumulated the minimum number of Tier Credits associated with the applicable Tier level within the Tier Period. Member may only earn one Spa Credit for each applicable Tier once per Tier Period.
20. Tier Credits, Bleau Points, Play Points, Dining Credit and Spa Credit are earned at the rates described herein or as otherwise designated or revised by management.
21. To earn Tier Credits, Bleau Points and Play Points, Member must present his or her Card at time of earning.
22. Fontainebleau Las Vegas management reserves the right to adjust Fontainebleau Rewards Tiers, any Bleau Points balance, or any Play Points balance due to computer error, machine malfunction, operator error, fraud, or other misuse of the Card.
23. Any Member may be excluded from any Tier based on management discretion.
24. Redeem Bleau Points:
a. 100 Bleau Points equals $1 in resort credit that can be applied towards spend on hotel stay, in-room dining, restaurants, spa, day/nightlife, and Fontainebleau-owned retail shops. Upon redemption, Bleau Points are deducted from a Member’s Bleau Points balance. Bleau Points cannot be converted to slot free credit.
b. Exclusions: Bleau Points cannot be used on ticket purchases at BleauLive Theater, pre-sale ticket purchases at day club/nightlife, spend at IGK Salon and leased retail shops, and self-parking fees.
c. Unused Bleau Points expire 13 months after the date they were earned, and any Bleau Points not redeemed within 13 months after issuance will be void and forfeited and has no cash value.
d. Bleau Points balance cannot exceed 2,000,000 points, which equals $20,000 in resort credit. Each time a Member’s Bleau Points balance reaches 2,000,000 points, Member will stop earning Bleau Points and must use some or all their Bleau Points to bring down their balance. Bleau Points redemption per transaction and per day cannot exceed 2,000,000 points, which equals $20,000 in resort credit.
25. Redeem Play Points:
a. 100 Play Points equals $1 in slot free credit that can be downloaded and played at eligible slot machines. Upon redemption, Play Points are deducted from a Member’s Play Points balance. Play Points cannot be converted to resort credit.
b. Unused Play Points expire 13 months after the date they were earned, and any Play Points not redeemed within 13 months after issuance will be void and forfeited and has no cash value.
c. There is no limit on a Members’ Play Points balance.
d. Play Points redemption per transaction cannot exceed 2,000,000 points, which equals $20,000 in slot free credit. Play Points redemption per day cannot exceed 10,000,000 points, which equals $100,000 in slot free credit.
26. Redeem Dining Credit:
a. Dining Credit for each applicable Tier must be redeemed in a single transaction and may not be broken up or applied to more than one transaction.
b. Unused Dining Credit expires 13 months after the date of issuance, and any Dining Credit not redeemed within 13 months after the date of issuance will be void and forfeited and has no cash value.
c. Member is responsible for any gratuity and charges above Dining Credit. Member may not use the Dining Credit in conjunction with any other offer. Dining Credit is non-transferable, may not be substituted or exchanged, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Dining reservations are recommended and subject to availability and blackout dates.
27. Redeem Spa Credit:
a. Spa Credit for each applicable Tier must be redeemed in a single transaction and may not be broken up or applied to more than one transaction.
b. Unused Spa Credit expires 13 months after the date of issuance, and any Spa Credit not redeemed within 13 months after the date of issuance will be void and forfeited and has no cash value.
c. Member is responsible for any gratuity, service charges, and charges above the Spa Credit. Member may not use the Spa Credit in conjunction with any other offer.
d. Member must call Lapis Spa and Wellness at Fontainebleau Las Vegas to book a reservation in advance and present Card along with their valid government-issued photo identification at point of sale. Spa reservations are subject to availability and blackout dates, which may include holidays, holiday weekends, and special events.
28. Discounted / Complimentary ATM Fees:
a. The Discounted / Complimentary ATM Fees offered as part of Fontainebleau Rewards tier benefits only applies to fees on debit card cash withdrawal transactions at ATMs located at Fontainebleau Las Vegas (excluding any additional fees charged by the Member’s bank and fees charged for credit card cash advances).
b. To activate the applicable Tier benefit, Member must visit Fontainebleau Las Vegas Cage, present their Fontainebleau Rewards card and government-issued ID, and register their debit card(s). Name on the debit card(s) being registered must match the name on the Fontainebleau Rewards account.
29. Valid government-issued photo identification along with Card must be presented when redeeming against any point balance associated with Fontainebleau Rewards.
30. Any complimentaries awarded as part of Fontainebleau Rewards, including but not limited to Bleau Points and Slot Points, may be subject to applicable taxes.
31. Card must be properly inserted in the card reader to accumulate Tier Credits, Bleau Points and Play Points on qualifying slot and video poker play and must be presented to Table Games personnel to be rated and earn Tier Credits during table games play.
32. No Tier Credits, Bleau Points or Play Points will be earned on any free slot play, free table play vouchers, or promotional chips.
33. Fontainebleau Las Vegas uses reasonable efforts to track a Fontainebleau Rewards Member’s average bet and length of play; however, as a condition of receiving Tier Points for table games play, Members agree that such Tier Credits are granted based on the personal observation of Fontainebleau Las Vegas’s employees, which is subject to error. The determination of Fontainebleau Las Vegas shall be final with respect to any discrepancies.
34. Member is responsible for selecting and securely maintaining a username and password for his or her online Fontainebleau Rewards account.
35. When logged into their online Fontainebleau Rewards account at https://www.fontainebleaulasvegas.com/rewards/, Members may have access to Member-specific promotional offers. Offers will be subject to their own separate terms and conditions.
36. Replacement and/or duplicate Cards will be issued with valid government-issued photo identification. Fontainebleau Las Vegas is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused Cards.
37. It is against the Terms and Conditions for Members to attempt to manipulate Fontainebleau Rewards, player ratings, or any point earnings in any manner, including, but not limited to card-pulling or distributing cards to other persons for the purpose of accruing points.
38. Any Member who is trespassed from Fontainebleau Las Vegas will have their Fontainebleau Rewards membership immediately revoked and will not be eligible for any future Fontainebleau Rewards benefits. Further, the trespassed individual will forfeit any and all benefits associated with his or her Fontainebleau Rewards membership, including, but not limited to, any unredeemed Tier points or Fontainebleau Rewards points.
39. Employees of Fontainebleau Las Vegas, Grott Hospitality, Papi Steak Las Vegas, Komodo Las Vegas, KYU, and Motherwolf Las Vegas are ineligible for membership in Fontainebleau Rewards.
40. Membership in Fontainebleau Rewards may be revoked or canceled at any time, without notice, at the discretion of management.
41. Management reserves the right to cancel, change, or revise the Terms and Conditions, rewards, and benefits.
42. All decisions regarding the interpretation of the Terms and Conditions, eligibility, disputes, accumulation of Tier points, Fontainebleau Rewards points, and subsequent
decisions by Fontainebleau Las Vegas management are final and binding.
