Komodo | 7PM
Immerse yourself in the intricate art of Japanese sushi and sashimi. In this demonstration-style master class led by executive chefs, you will learn how to make perfect sushi rice and dive deep into the types of fish used in sushi rolls. The course will also offer an insightful illustration of proper sashimi slicing. Class concludes with a sensational 3-course dinner.
