Embark on a deep dive into dim sum with Chef Richard Chen and his accomplished team. During this comprehensive class, you’ll taste and make signature Washing Potato specialties like Shu Mai and Har Gow, learning essential techniques to create these shareable bites. Your dim sum journey opens with a welcome cocktail before the hands-on demonstration begins. You’ll leave inspired and empowered to serve your own dim sum feast.
Class concludes with a three-course sit-down lunch and cocktail pairing.

With over 30 years of experience, Michael Beaulac’s winemaking philosophy starts in the vineyard. A deep understanding of the land, soil, and climate allows him to showcase the qualities that give Merus wines a distinctive character lauded by enthusiasts and experts.

Barista Academy

The best coffee you’ve ever had – created by you. During this two-hour experience, you’ll explore the craft of latte art with guidance from the Fontainebleau Las Vegas master barista team. Discover how to create different patterns as the talented team demonstrates elegant designs like the rosetta, swans, and the leaf. You’ll also learn the many nuances of latte art, including milk texture, temperature, and the fine grinding of beans.
