Dover, Delaware native and Peabody Conservatory graduate Todd Simon thrived in the Baltimore/D.C. jazz scene as a keyboardist & saxophonist. After serving in the U.S. Naval Academy Band, he moved to NYC and Las Vegas, performing often in both cities. Todd’s career has led to opportunities to perform with Chris Potter, Casey Abrams, Nicholas Payton, Delfeayo Marsalis, & many other world-class musicians at notable venues like the International Trombone Festival, Blues Alley, & the Kennedy Center. He’s also appeared with countless ensembles including The Fabulous Hubcaps. Todd is featured on several studio recordings, and his own award-winning album Simon Says. He remains an active multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, composer, & arranger covering many genres.

The Art of Sushi at Komodo
Komodo by David Grutman’s Groot Hospitality, renowned for creating interactive dining experiences takes guests on an instructional and hands on session in an intimate setting inside Fontainebleau Las Vegas. The class begins with a signature welcome cocktail and an introduction to the art and history of sushi making, allowing guests the chance to learn various techniques while enjoying their very own sushi creations. No two classes will be the same, with each focusing on a different delicacy of sushi, Maki, Uramaki, Temaki and Nigiri. Each guest receives an apron and sushi-making kit.
For an additional $65 per person, guests will then be welcomed to the dining room to enjoy a three-course omakase tasting with cocktail pairings following the course.

After serving in the U.S. Naval Academy Band, he moved to NYC and Las Vegas, performing often in both cities. Todd’s career has led to opportunities to perform with Chris Potter, Casey Abrams, Nicholas Payton, Delfeayo Marsalis, & many other world-class musicians at notable venues like the International Trombone Festival, Blues Alley, & the Kennedy Center. He’s also appeared with countless ensembles including The Fabulous Hubcaps. Todd is featured on several studio recordings, and his own award-winning album Simon Says. Ric’key is an internationally renowned award-winning musician, producer, arranger, musical director, composer, actor, and Steinway Artist. He has performed piano and accordion with Madonna on four world tours since 2008.

One of his most profound performances was with The Re-Collective orchestra live on CNN for the 2022 Juneteenth Celebration with the first all-black symphony orchestra to perform at the Hollywood Bowl. Ric’key has also written and recorded with Earth Wind and Fire and others. His speakeasy-soul band Parlor Social has appeared on Netflix’s Selling Sunset and ESPN’s Women’s NCAA Final Four broadcast. As if that wasn’t enough, he still finds time to record and perform classical music written by historically alienated composers of African descent.

Jason Corpuz, a Las Vegas native, is an accomplished pianist and keyboardist, serving as the Director of Piano Studies at the Las Vegas Academy of the Arts. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Music from UNLV, where he studied under Dave Loeb and Timothy Hoft. As a member of the award-winning hip-hop band 'The Lique,' Corpuz has performed at major festivals like Life is Beautiful and Joshua Tree Music Festival. His versatility shines through his contributions to shows such as PostModern Jukebox, The Rat Pack is Back!, Vegas! The Show!, and Zombie Burlesque. Jason's dynamic career continues to inspire and shape the musical landscape.

Ric’Key Pageot at Collins
Catch the smooth sounds of pianist Ric'Key Pageot, to accompany a refreshing cocktail at Collins recognized by Esquire as one of the Best Bars in America 2024.
Ric’key is an internationally renowned award-winning musician, producer, arranger, musical director, composer, actor, and Steinway Artist. He has performed piano and accordion with Madonna on four world tours since 2008.
Ric’key has also toured with Cher, Cirque Du Soleil and is currently touring with Christina Aguilera. One of his most profound performances was with The Re-Collective orchestra live on CNN for the 2022 Juneteenth Celebration with the first all-black symphony orchestra to perform at the Hollywood Bowl. Ric’key has also written and recorded with Earth Wind and Fire and others. His speakeasy-soul band Parlor Social has appeared on Netflix’s Selling Sunset and ESPN’s Women’s NCAA Final Four broadcast. As if that wasn’t enough, he still finds time to record and perform classical music written by historically alienated composers of African descent.
