Reservations are limited to Fontainebleau Las Vegas Bleau King rooms, subject to availability, limited to single or double occupancy, may only be booked up to fourteen (14) consecutive nights per trip, and are only available on select dates from October 1 through December 30, 2025. A valid Nevada-issued photo identification is required upon booking and at hotel check-in. Failure to present a Nevada-issued photo ID at check-in will result in room rate(s) being adjusted to the prevailing room rate(s). Blackout dates may apply. A minimum of five (5) days must exist between the arrival or departure date of a reservation booked with this promotion and any other reservation booked using another promotion by the same guest.
One (1) night minimum stay is required to receive promotional rate.
RESORT FEE
The daily resort fee will be waived for reservations booked under this offer. A valid Nevada-issued photo identification is required upon booking and at hotel check-in. Failure to present a Nevada-issued photo ID at check-in will result in a daily resort fee of $55 plus tax added to your account for each purchased room night. The daily resort fee entitles you to receive the following: in-room Wi-Fi for four devices; self-parking; access to our resort pools and sundecks; a dedicated concierge offering special dining access and spa reservations; unlimited local, domestic long distance (including HI and AK) and toll-free calls; and fitness center and pool access for registered guests. Amenities, such as fitness center access, are subject to availability and guest demand.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE DISCOUNT
Nevada residents receive a 20% discount when dining at Chyna Club, KYU, Washing Potato, Vida, or La Fontaine from November 24 – December 24, 2025. Discount applies to check total prior to tax and gratuity. Must present a valid Nevada government issued ID to receive the discount. Check adjustments for reservations completed prior to activation date are not valid. Offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers. Reservations encouraged.
AZUL
Starting 11/26/2025 through 12/30/2025, Nevada residents receive half (½) off all specialty holiday cocktails 6-9pm daily with Nevada ID (no blackout dates) at Azul. Guests can take their receipt from Azul and receive half off (½) skate rentals Monday – Thursday from 12/1 – 12/19/2025 at Oasis Ice Rink. Offer not valid on previous purchases. No cash value. PARKING INFORMATION
All visitors will receive 1-hour complimentary self-parking after receiving a ticket, subject to availability. Nevada residents will receive complimentary self-parking by scanning their valid Nevada Driver’s License after their ticket has been inserted at departure. All Fontainebleau Rewards members receive complimentary self-parking after scanning their rewards card at either the entry or exit gates. Standard 1-hour complimentary parking, and complimentary parking for locals and Fontainebleau Rewards members, are subject to blackout dates and holidays. Management reserves all rights. Hotel guests receive complimentary self-parking, during their stay, after scanning their valid hotel room key at either the entry or exit gates. Pricing for self-parking after the above-referenced complimentary hour is $20, for up to 24 hours (except during certain events when special event pricing will apply).
The Valet Validation program offers valet validation for guests with a treatment booked at Lapis Spa & Wellness, dining at the resort’s bar & restaurant collection, or spend within retail spaces. Valet validation is subject to availability. Guest must validate their valet at point of purchase. Valet parking for Fontainebleau Las Vegas guests is $35/day, Monday–Thursday; and, $40/day Friday–Sunday. Prices may be higher during special events. Registered Fontainebleau Las Vegas guests that valet park while on property will have reentry privileges, subject to availability. Valet parking for non-hotel guests is $35/day, Monday–Thursday; and, $40/day Friday–Sunday for up to (24) hours (no grace period, no reentry). Non-hotel guests will be charged the applicable daily fee for each time they use the valet parking and will have no reentry privileges. Prices may be higher during special events. Valet parking is complimentary Sunday-Thursday for Silver Fontainebleau Rewards Members and complimentary daily for Gold+ Fontainebleau Rewards Members. All valet parking is subject to availability. ADDITIONAL FEES
Only registered guests will be permitted access to hotel rooms and suites. A $50 surcharge per guest shall be added for each guest exceeding the two (2) person limit. All rooms and suites are smoke-free. There is a $500 deep cleaning fee charged for smoking in a room or suite. Any additional fees and costs that may be incurred to deep clean and/or repair a guest room may also apply.
A deposit of the first night of room and tax will be charged at the time of booking and cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to arrival date or deposit will be forfeited. An early departure will be subject to a penalty fee of one night’s room rate and tax if notice is not received prior to check-in. A valid credit card authorized to cover room, resort fees and tax, plus $150 a night for incidentals must be presented upon check-in.
This offer is non-transferable, may only be redeemed one-time, is only available during a trip booked under this promotion, has no cash value, and may not be combined with any other offer or promotion. Offer is not valid for any group bookings, conventions, or existing reservations, and is non-commissionable. Must be 21 years or older.
