Guidelines & Parameters:
• Main guest in any room / suite must be 21+ years old.
• Fleur de Lis Suite check in starts at 3PM and check out is at 11AM.
• No outside food and beverage will be tolerated. All food and beverage must be ordered through Hotel directly. Limitations may apply.
• Additional fees may be charged for excessive clean-up or trash removal.
• No pets allowed.
• Fleur de Lis Suites are located on private floors and require key access for elevator entry.
• Suites are for personal use only or small intimate gatherings. Large receptions or meetings permitted only with Resort’s prior authorization.
Service of Alcoholic Beverages: Alcoholic beverages shall be dispensed only by Hotel’s employees and bartenders. Hotel represents and warrants that all Hotel employees who dispense or serve alcohol have undergone standard alcohol awareness training designed to prevent any incidents that could result in claims of liquor liability. Alcoholic beverage service may be denied to those guests who appear to be intoxicated or are underage.
Underage Gaming/Drinking: Guest acknowledges and understands that it is unlawful for any person under the age of twenty-one (21) years of age to process or consume alcoholic beverages, play any gambling game or slot machine or loiter in any gaming area. Guest further acknowledges and understands that it is unlawful to aide, assist or permit a person under the age of twenty-one(21) years of age to participate in these activities. Guest acknowledges that it shall be responsible for preventing such unlawful activity at its function or by persons attending the function. Guest further acknowledges that failure to do so shall be grounds for immediate termination of the function.
Filming and Recording on the Premises: If Guest desires to, or desires to allow a third party to, photograph or film or otherwise document in any media the events at Hotel, Guest and/or third party must enter into a separate site license agreement with Hotel, with separate insurance requirements.
Compliance with Laws: The Parties agree to abide by all federal, state, or local laws, regulations, ordinances, or other legal requirements in connection with the performance of their respective obligations under this Agreement.
DEPOSIT POLICY
We require a full deposit of the room rate and tax, which will be charged at the time of confirming your reservation. At time of check-in, the guest will be required to present the same method of payment as used when booking online or will be required to provide an alternative method of payment. A valid credit card authorized to cover room, resort fees and tax, plus $500 a night for incidentals must be presented upon check-in.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to arrival date to avoid a penalty of first night’s room and tax deposit being forfeited. Early departures will be subject to a penalty fee equal to the room rate and tax for the night on which the guest departed early if notice is not received prior to check-in.
RESORT FEE
A daily resort fee of $55, plus applicable tax, will be added to your room account for each room night. The daily resort fee entitles you to receive in-room Wi-Fi for four devices; access to our fitness center for registered guests; access to our resort pools and sundecks; a dedicated concierge offering special dining access and spa reservations, unlimited local, domestic long distance (including HI and AK) and toll free calls; and fitness center and pool access for registered guests. Some amenities, such as the fitness center and pool access, are subject to availability and guest demand.
PARKING INFORMATION
All visitors will receive 1-hour complimentary self-parking after receiving a ticket, subject to availability. Nevada residents will receive complimentary self-parking by scanning their valid Nevada Driver’s License after their ticket has been inserted at departure. All Fontainebleau Rewards members receive complimentary self-parking after scanning their rewards card at either the entry or exit gates. Standard 1-hour complimentary parking, and complimentary parking for locals and Fontainebleau Rewards members, are subject to blackout dates and holidays. Management reserves all rights. Hotel guests receive complimentary self-parking, during their stay, after scanning their valid hotel room key at either the entry or exit gates. Pricing for self-parking after the above-referenced complimentary hour is $20, for up to 24 hours (except during certain events when special event pricing will apply).
Valet parking for Fontainebleau Las Vegas guests is $35/day, Monday–Thursday; and, $40/day Friday–Sunday. Prices may be higher during special events. Registered Fontainebleau Las Vegas guests that valet park while on property will have reentry privileges, subject to availability. Valet parking for non-hotel guests is $35/day, Monday–Thursday; and, $40/day Friday–Sunday for up to (24) hours (no grace period, no reentry). Non-hotel guests will be charged the applicable daily fee for each time they use the valet parking and will have no reentry privileges. Prices may be higher during special events. Valet parking is complimentary Sunday-Thursday for Silver Fontainebleau Rewards Members and complimentary daily for Gold+ Fontainebleau Rewards Members. All valet parking is subject to availability. OTHER POLICIES AND ADDITIONAL FEES
Only registered guests will be permitted access to hotel rooms and suites. A $50 surcharge per guest shall be added for each guest exceeding the two (2) person limit. All rooms and suites are smoke-free. There is a $500 deep cleaning fee charged for smoking in a room or suite. Any additional fees and costs that may be incurred to deep clean and/or repair a guest room may also apply.
Children 17 years of age and younger stay free with existing bedding. All children must be accompanied by an adult of 21 years of age or older in the same room.
There is a 7-day advance booking requirement and 14-day maximum stay restriction for all reservations under this promotion.
All rooms and suites are smoke-free. There is a $500 deep cleaning fee charged for smoking in a room or suite. Any additional fees and costs that may be incurred to deep clean and/or repair a guest room may also apply.
Marijuana products are prohibited in guest rooms and throughout the resort. Violation of this policy may result in eviction and/or trespass from the Hotel.
There is a limit of three rooms for each reservation made online. For all inquiries of four rooms or more please contact room reservations.
Third-party massage vendors are prohibited and will not be granted access to guest rooms.
Should you plans require you to change your departure date, please note that fees may apply and your room rate is subject to change.
Pets are prohibited for both hotel guests and visitors, with the exception of registered service animals.
