Terms & Conditions
The Fontainebleau Cash Back slot promotion earning period commences on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. and ends on Sunday, December 14, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Fontainebleau Las Vegas located at 2777 South Las Vegas Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89109.
Official Promotional Rules:
1. This Promotion is open to all Fontainebleau Rewards members who are at least 21 years of age with a valid government-issued identification (“Participant”).
2. There is no entry fee to participate in the promotion.
3. The earning period begins at 8:00 am on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 and ends on Sunday, December 13, 2026 at 6:00 pm.
4. There will be four redemption periods during the earning period in which participants may redeem their accrued promotional point balances for Cash. No redemptions will take place outside of these dates.
5. Redemption dates:
o December 3-14, 2025
o April 1-12, 2026
o Aug 4-16, 2026
o Dec 1-13, 2026
6. Redemptions will take place at the main casino cage.
7. Any Fontainebleau Cash Back points not redeemed by the end of the promotional period (December 13, 2026 at 6:00 pm) shall be forfeited.
8. Participants will earn $20.00 for every 5,000 Play Points earned on slot machines. All redemptions will be in 5,000 Play Point increments. (Every 250 Play Points = $1.00).
9. There is no maximum to the amount of cash a participant may receive.
10. Fontainebleau Cash Back points are earned at the same rate as Play Points and include any tier multipliers.
11. Fontainebleau Cash Back points are tracked separately and do not apply to tier status or any other point buckets.
12. Multiplier days for the Fontainebleau Cash Back promotion may be added at the discretion of Fontainebleau.
13. This promotion is available in conjunction with all other promotions.
14. By entry into this promotion, all participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and the terms & conditions of the Fontainebleau Rewards program.
15. Participants are responsible for inserting their Fontainebleau Rewards cards into eligible slot machines so earned points may be calculated correctly. Fontainebleau is not responsible for the improper use of rewards cards.
16. Fontainebleau reserves the right to require any cash earned from this promotion to be used to pay outstanding markers owed to Fontainebleau.
17. Decisions made by Fontainebleau Las Vegas regarding all aspects of this promotion are final and binding, subject to NRS 463.362.
General Rules:
1. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable taxes and other fees on their winnings.
2.Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. Fontainebleau Las Vegas is not responsible for electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to our alterations of entry materials, or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Fontainebleau Las Vegas or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion,
or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a Participant’s ability to participate in the promotion.
5. Fontainebleau Las Vegas, in its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to refuse anyone’s entry into the promotion.
6. Employees of Fontainebleau Las Vegas, its subsidiaries and advertising agencies or representatives are ineligible to participate in the promotion.
7. All prizes are non-transferable, may not be exchanged or substituted, and may only be claimed or redeemed by the Participant.
8. This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
9. Fontainebleau reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time for any reason, in its sole and absolute discretion, subject to any applicable regulatory approval provided that such modification shall not, as the date of such modification, materially alter or change any Participant’s prize already awarded. Decisions made by Fontainebleau Las Vegas regarding all aspects of this promotion are final and binding, subject to NRS 463.362.
