DEPOSIT POLICY
We require a deposit of the first night’s room rate and tax, which will be charged at the time of confirming your reservation. At time of check-in, the guest will be required to present the same method of payment as used when booking online or will be required to provide an alternative method of payment. The credit or debit card used to reserve your reservation must be presented upon arrival to register. If the credit or debit card is not presented upon arrival, the deposit will be refunded and a new method of payment must be provided.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to arrival date to avoid a penalty of first night’s room and tax deposit being forfeited. Early departures will be subject to a penalty fee equal to the room rate and tax for the night on which the guest departed early if notice is not received prior to check-in. 

RESORT FEE
A daily resort fee of $55 (the “Resort Fee”) plus tax will be added to guest’s account for each purchased room night. The Resort Fee entitles guest to receive the following: in-room Wi-Fi for four devices; self-parking; access to our resort pools and sundecks (weather permitting); a concierge team offering special dining access and spa reservations; unlimited local, domestic long distance (including HI and AK) and toll-free calls; and fitness center for registered hotel guests. Amenities such as fitness center and pool access are subject to availability.

PARKING INFORMATION
All visitors will receive 1-hour complimentary self-parking after receiving a ticket, subject to availability. Nevada residents will receive complimentary self-parking by scanning their valid Nevada Driver’s License after their ticket has been inserted at departure. All Fontainebleau Rewards members receive complimentary self-parking after scanning their rewards card at either the entry or exit gates. Standard 1-hour complimentary parking, and complimentary parking for locals and Fontainebleau Rewards members, are subject to blackout dates and holidays. Management reserves all rights. Hotel guests receive complimentary self-parking, during their stay, after scanning their valid hotel room key at either the entry or exit gates. Pricing for self-parking after the above-referenced complimentary hour is $20, for up to 24 hours (except during certain events when special event pricing will apply).

Valet parking for Fontainebleau Las Vegas guests is $35/day, Monday–Thursday; and, $40/day Friday–Sunday. Prices may be higher during special events. Registered Fontainebleau Las Vegas guests that valet park while on property will have reentry privileges, subject to availability. Valet parking for non-hotel guests is $35/day, Monday–Thursday; and, $40/day Friday–Sunday for up to (24) hours (no grace period, no reentry). Non-hotel guests will be charged the applicable daily fee for each time they use the valet parking and will have no reentry privileges. Prices may be higher during special events. Valet parking is complimentary Sunday-Thursday for Silver Fontainebleau Rewards Members and complimentary daily for Gold+ Fontainebleau Rewards Members. All valet parking is subject to availability. Additional parking terms and conditions apply.

Electric Vehicle Charging: Electric vehicle (EV) charging is available at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas at the rate indicated on the EV charger. EV charging is also available, on a complimentary basis, for guests who valet park.  Any EV charging fee is separate from, and in addition to, any applicable parking fee or valet charge. EV charging is subject to availability and may not be available during your stay or parts of your stay.  Guests are responsible to ensure the available EV charging equipment is compatible with their vehicle.  Charging time may vary.  You acknowledge that the use of EV charging stations entails known and unknown risks that may result in physical injury, emotional injury, death, or damages to you, your vehicle, your property or to third persons and third persons’ property.  Absent gross negligence or willful misconduct, we hold no responsibility for damage, injury or death arising out of or relating to use of EV charging stations.  Moreover, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Fontainebleau Las Vegas or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of valet services or EV chargers, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise. In addition, total liability Fontainebleau Las Vegas and its affiliates for any reason whatsoever related to use of EV chargers shall not exceed the amount paid by you to for EV charging or Ten U.S. Dollars ($10 USD), whichever is greater. The negation and limitation of damages set forth herein are fundamental elements of the basis of the bargain. EV charging services provided under these terms and conditions would not be provided without such limitation

FILMING & PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY
Fontainebleau Las Vegas policy mandates that all professional photography and videography requests be approved by the Public Relations department. This policy encompasses all public areas and guest rooms throughout Fontainebleau Las Vegas. Once a request is approved, a Public Relations team representative must be present during photography or filming. The use of professional photo and video equipment for personal use is strictly prohibited throughout Fontainebleau Las Vegas, unless previously approved. All working media bringing photo or video equipment on property are required to receive approval from the Public Relations department prior to their stay. OTHER POLICIES
Only registered guests will be permitted access to hotel rooms and suites.

A valid credit card authorized to cover room, resort fees and tax, plus $150 a night for incidentals must be presented upon check-in for the following room types: Bleau King, Bleau King Best View, and Bleau King Mountain Great View. Bleau Queen, Bleau Queen Mountain Great View, and Bleau Queen Mountain Best View, Gold King Pool View, Gold King Strip Great View, and Gold King Strip Best View, Gold Queen Mountain Great View and Gold Queen Mountain Best View, Platinum King, Platinum King Strip Great View, and Platinum King Strip Best View, Junior Suite, Junior Suite Mountain Great View, and Junior Suite Mountain Best View, Noble Suite Pool View, Noble Suite Great View, and Noble Suite Best View, Royal Suite, Royal Suite Strip Great View, Royal Suite Strip Best View, Executive Suite Mountain Great View and Executive Suite Mountain Best View, Panorama Suite, Panorama Suite Mountain Great View.

A valid credit card authorized to cover room, resort fees and tax, plus $500 a night for incidentals must be presented upon check-in for the following room types: Grand Panorama Suite, Fleur de Lis collection of Rooms including Monogram at Fleur de Lis, Maison at Fleur de Lis, Crown at Fleur de Lis, Montclair at Fleur de Lis, Marquis at Fleur de Lis, Imperial at Fleur de Lis, Monarque at Fleur de Lis, Chateau at Fleur de Lis, Chateau Entourage at Fleur de Lis (ACC), Chateau Entourage at Fleur de Lis, Empire at Fleur de Lis. There will be a $50 surcharge added for each guest exceeding two, as applicable. Guests requiring a rollaway bed will be subject to either the rollaway bed fee of $50 per night or the additional person fee of $50 per night.

Maximum occupancy for all standard rooms is 4 people. 

Check-in time after 3 p.m., check-out time before 11 a.m.

Guest must be at least 21 years of age for check-in. Children 17 years of age and younger stay free with existing bedding. All children must be accompanied by an adult of 21 years of age or older in the same room.

There is a 29-day maximum stay restriction for all reservations.

All rooms and suites are smoke-free. There is a $500 deep cleaning fee charged for smoking in a room or suite. Any additional fees and costs that may be incurred to deep clean and/or repair a guest room may also apply. 

Marijuana products are prohibited in Guest rooms and throughout the resort. Violation of this policy may result in eviction and/or trespass from the Hotel.

There is a limit of three rooms for each reservation made online. For all inquiries of four rooms or more please contact room reservations.

Third-party massage vendors are prohibited and will not be granted access to guest rooms.

Should your plans require you to change your departure date, please note that fees may apply and your room rate is subject to change. A Late Check Out will be subject to a half or full day charge based on the current day’s prevailing room rate, room type, and actual time of departure. 

Pets are not permitted within the resort. Service animals are permitted.

No outside food or drink is permitted in guest rooms.

PROMOTIONAL RESERVATIONS
In addition to these terms and conditions, reservations booked under a Promotion are subject to additional terms and conditions. If the terms and conditions of the Promotion conflict with these terms and conditions, the terms and conditions of the Promotion will govern.
