Hotel FAQ

Standard check-in is 3PM and checkout is 11AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be requested, for a fee, through Resort Services and during the online booking process.

A daily resort fee of $55, plus applicable tax will be added to your room account for each complimentary (if applicable) and purchased room night. The resort fee includes in-room Wi-Fi for up to four devices; self-parking; access for up to two persons to the Fitness Center, a dedicated concierge offering special dining access and spa reservations, unlimited local, domestic long distance (including HI and AK) and toll-free calls. Select amenities, such as the Fitness Center are subject to availability and guest demand.

The incidental authorization amount is $150 per night for standard rooms. Please note that a valid credit card must be presented upon check-in. This card will be authorized to cover room charges, resort fees, and taxes. Please be aware that we do not accept cash for incidental holds.

You must cancel your room reservation by 3PM local time at least three days (72 hours) prior to your stay to avoid a one-night room and tax cancellation fee.

Guests can reach out to the Resort Services team at 702-678-7272 to make a modification to their booking.

All rooms at Fontainebleau Las Vegas have personal cooling drawers. For guests who would like to request a personal refrigerator for medical needs, please notify the Front Desk upon arrival. 

We will gladly provide hypoallergenic bedding upon request.

Smoking any substance, including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes, hookah, vapes/vaping, marijuana and any other substance, inside a guest room is strictly prohibited. Guests are permitted to smoke tobacco products on the Casino floor only.

Not at this time, but we are a part of the iconic 70-year Fontainebleau legacy, which began in 1954 with the opening of Fontainebleau Miami Beach. The Las Vegas location is managed and operated by Fontainebleau Development.

Rollaway beds start at $50 per night and may be requested as an add-on to your reservation via website reservations or at check-in.

Fontainebleau Las Vegas offers in-room dining options. We do not accept or store deliveries from third-party food services (such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.) at the front desk. Guests should meet their delivery at the elevator bank on the casino floor or in the front desk lobby.

The credit or debit card used to reserve your reservation must be presented upon arrival to register. If the credit or debit card is not presented upon arrival, the deposit will be refunded and a new method of payment must be provided.

Oasis Pool is closed for the season as we begin to transform it to Oasis Ice Rink, opening November 24. Legacy Pool remains open, weather-permitting.

Currently, gift cards purchased at Fontainebleau Miami Beach are not valid at Fontainebleau Las Vegas.

The resort’s name and spelling are derived from the opulent 12th-century palace of the same name. Ben Novack, the original developer of Fontainebleau Miami Beach, chose the name after visiting the palace during his travels southeast of Paris in the early 1950s.

Yes, Fontainebleau Las Vegas allows any guest dining at the resort’s world-class restaurant and bar collection, spending within retail spaces, or enjoying a treatment at Lapis Spa & Wellness to validate their valet. 

Yes, in both valet and on level P1, next to the main lobby entrance.

From now through December31, 2025, Fontainebleau Las Vegas is offering complimentary self-parking for Nevada locals*.

Nevada residents receive complimentary self-parking by scanning their valid Nevada Driver’s License after their ticket has been inserted at departure.

*Complimentary self-parking is subject to availability and may not be available during certain events when special event pricing will apply.


All visitors will receive 1-hour complimentary self-parking after receiving a ticket, subject to availability.

Entertainment FAQ

The physical Box Office and Will-Call is open for events only and hours will vary. For assistance, the Box Office can be reached Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM via email at [email protected] or by calling 702-678-9780. During the week, the Concierge Desk is available for in-person Box Office assistance and ticket sales.

Most events will allow re-entry for ticketholders. Entry is cutoff to all guests approximately 15 minutes prior to a show’s scheduled end time.

Backpacks, bags, or purses may not exceed 8.5 inches by 11 inches in size. All bags are subject to search by Security prior to entry.

Video camcorders, professional cameras, detachable lenses, tripods, selfie sticks, audio recording devices, and/or tablets are not permitted. Select events may prohibit all photography and require guests to lock up their devices prior to entry.

Smoking and vaping is not permitted inside the theater. Guests are permitted to smoke tobacco products on the Casino floor only.

BleauLive Theater is a cashless venue. No cash is accepted at points of purchase.

Outside food is not permitted. Beverages must be transferred to a provided plastic cup prior to entry.

Bars offering a full-bar selection of beverages and an array of concessions are available on all levels of the theater.

Accessible seating options for wheelchair and wheelchair-transfer seating are generally available for purchase via Ticketmaster.com, subject to availability. Wheelchair spaces and sight/hearing impaired accommodations can be requested by contacting the Box Office at [email protected]. Sign interpreters can requested from the Box Office with no less than four-weeks-notice to show date. Guests who require accessible entry may use the Priority Entry line or request special entry from a Theater security officer upon arrival.

Bleau Points cannot be earned or redeemed for ticket purchases at this time.
