Embark on a deep dive into dim sum with Chef Richard Chen and his team. During this comprehensive class, you’ll taste and make signature Washing Potato specialties like Shumai and Har Gow, learning techniques to create shareable bites. Your dim sum journey begins with a welcome cocktail before the hands-on demonstration. You’ll leave inspired to serve your own dim sum feast.
