Fontainebleau Rewards Instant Indulgence New Member Promotion
Enroll in Fontainebleau Rewards between February 7, 2024, and June 2, 2024, and receive $15 Slot Free Credit and $15 Food & Beverage Credit. Receive a bonus of an additional $50 Slot Free Credit when you earn 500 Play Points.
1. The Fontainebleau Rewards New Member Promotion (the “Promotion”) is limited to “new” Fontainebleau Rewards Bleau tier members (“Members”), who have no rated casino play and non-gaming spend at Fontainebleau Las Vegas prior to the Promotional Period (as defined below). Participants of the Promotion will need to have their Fontainebleau Rewards card (“Card”) and a PIN in order to participate. Please see the Fontainebleau Rewards desk for assistance, if needed.
2. For purposes of the Promotion, “new” members are defined as a Bleau-tier member whose Fontainebleau Rewards account does not have any rated casino play and non-gaming spend at Fontainebleau Las Vegas, as recorded in the loyalty management system, prior to the Promotional Period (as defined below). For the avoidance of doubt: (a) play on slot machines or tables games which are not otherwise eligible to earn points still record as rated casino play so would disqualify Member, and (b) Members who previously enrolled online, but have not played or spent at Fontainebleau Las Vegas, are eligible for the Promotion.
3. The Promotion will take place at Fontainebleau Las Vegas beginning at 12:01 a.m. on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, through 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, June 2, 2024 (the “Promotional Period”).
4. This Promotion is subject to these Terms and Conditions and the Fontainebleau Rewards Terms and Conditions available at https://www.fontainebleaulasvegas.com/terms/fontainebleau-rewards/. By participating in this Promotion, Member agrees to adhere to these Promotion Terms and Conditions and the Fontainebleau Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.
5. Must be at least 21 years of age or older to participate in Fontainebleau Rewards.
6. Members who received a Tier Match or Upgrade prior to February 7, 2024, or participate in the Fontainebleau Rewards ‘Elevate Your Tier’ Promotion are not eligible to redeem this Promotion.
7. Upon verification and completion of enrollment, Participant will receive one (1) $15 Slot Free Credit and one (1) $15 Food & Beverage Credit.
a. $15 Slot Free Credit – Slot Free Credit will be automatically issued into the Member’s Fontainebleau Rewards account, is available to download into his or her Promotional Play balance through June 2, 2024, and must be used within four (4) days of download into the Member’s Promotional Play balance. Slot Free Credit is only available for use on select Fontainebleau Las Vegas slot machines; certain exclusions apply. Please inquire with the Fontainebleau Rewards Desk for details. PIN is required to download Slot Free Credit.
b. $15 Food & Beverage Credit – Food & Beverage Credit is valid towards food and beverage purchases at Fontainebleau Las Vegas (excluding taxes, gratuities, service charges, LIV Nightclub, and LIV Beach) and available for activation through 11:59 p.m. on June 2, 2024. To activate the Food & Beverage Credit on Member’s Fontainebleau Rewards account, Member must properly insert his or her Card in the card reader at any Fontainebleau slot machine until the bezel around the card reader is a solid green; wager is not required. Food & Beverage Credit must be used within four (4) days of activating the Food & Beverage Credit on the Card. To redeem Food & Beverage Credit, Member must present his or her Card at the time of payment along with a valid government-issued photo identification. Any unused Food & Beverage Credit will be void and forfeited and has no cash value. Food & Beverage Credit must be redeemed in a single transaction, may not be broken up or applied to more than one transaction, and may not be combined with any other offer or promotion. Any charges over and above the $15 Food & Beverage Credit will be the responsibility of the Member.
8. Bonus $50 Slot Free Credit: Required Play Points must be earned within five (5) days of first recorded transaction in the loyalty management system. Slot Free Credit will be automatically issued into the Member’s Promotional Play balance once required points earnings are attained. Slot Free Credit earned must be redeemed within four (4) days of issuance into the Member’s Promotional Play balance.
a. Participants are responsible for inserting their Fontainebleau Rewards Card into the slot machine correctly. Participants who insert their Fontainebleau Rewards Card incorrectly will not be credited for slot play that is not accrued on their Fontainebleau Rewards Card.
b. It is participant’s responsibility to regularly check that the bezel around the Fontainebleau Rewards card reader is a solid green indicating participant is actively engaged in playing a slot machine.
c. Slot play not associated with a Fontainebleau Rewards Card will not earn points.
d. Points will be officially earned only after a player’s gaming session is complete. For slot play, a gaming session is complete only after a player’s Card is removed.
9. Members may only have one (1) Fontainebleau Rewards account. Duplicate accounts may be deleted at Fontainebleau Las Vegas’ sole discretion and any attempt to use this Promotion for multiple Fontainebleau Rewards account associated with the same Member shall be void and may disqualify Member from having a Fontainebleau Rewards account.
10. Employees and their spouses and cohabitants, regardless of division, department, job, title, or status are not eligible for customer incentive and promotional items including membership in the Program.
11. This offer is non-transferable.
12. Fontainebleau Las Vegas reserves the right to disqualify any person before, during, or after the Promotion.
13. Fontainebleau Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel, modify or change the Promotion at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability.
14. Fontainebleau Las Vegas also reserves the right to exclude a person from participating in this Promotion if Fontainebleau Las Vegas reasonably believes that such person is engaging in unfair, fraudulent, deceptive, and/or misleading actions, omissions, behavior and/or conduct, or otherwise does not comply with these Promotion Terms and Conditions or the Fontainebleau Rewards Terms and Conditions.
15. Fontainebleau Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this Promotion at its sole discretion. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. This Promotion is property of Fontainebleau Las Vegas and cannot be published or posted on any third-party websites without the prior written approval of Fontainebleau Las Vegas.
